When you register as a player or captain with us, we collect the following information:

- Contact: email address, phone number
- Demographic: gender, date of birth
- Photo: profile photo (used to verify identity at games)
- Waiver evidence: electronic signature (typed name), parent/guardian name if under 18, IP address at signing time, timestamp, waiver version
When you register a team, we additionally store:
- Team name and the team code issued to the captain
Why we collect it
- Identity + contact: to place players on teams, communicate schedules, and reach captains about league business
- Date of birth: to determine waiver requirements (parent/guardian signature for minors)
- Photo: so referees can verify rostered players at games
- Waiver evidence: to maintain a legal audit trail of who agreed to the liability waiver and when, which we may need if a dispute arises about participation eligibility
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We may share information only:
- With league referees (via the Referee Portal, gated by a referee access code)
- When required by law, court order, or in response to a legal dispute about participation
How long we keep it
- Player data, photos, contact info: retained while you remain an active player and for a reasonable period thereafter, then deleted on request or during periodic cleanup.
- Waiver evidence (IP, signature, timestamp): retained for as long as required to comply with applicable statute-of-limitations periods for liability claims.
Your rights
- Right to access: you can request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Right to deletion: you can request deletion of your data (subject to retention of waiver evidence as above).
- Right to correction: you can request corrections to inaccurate data.
